It is the misapplication of religion that creates problems. Perhaps Aqsa's father was driven by an accute sense of accountability to Allah over how he was raising his kids. Only problem is that the same religion that he was trying to apply does not sanction murder for non compliance of not extending the head covering over the chest.

 

Extremism and wisdom have no connection whatsoever.

 

Therefore, it is high time we educate ourselves as to what true religion demands keeping in view the present times with an extra-strength dose of wisdom and compassion.
