Dear Rafi Raza Sahib,
You mentioned that you were seeking opinion towards the human nature through Quran to justify or not justify overall bloodshed caused by human being. My opinion is yes, it is justified by laws of all lands, UNO, Human Right Commission, International Court of Justice etc etc so far it is legal and Quran is no exception. Justifiable cases in point are; killing one or more person  in self defense, killing of murderers, traitors, killing thousands of human beings (overall bloodshed)when they attack other's country etc. In Quran you will find God taking credit of killing of Kuffar Makkah when they attacked Muslims of Madina (8.17). As far as terrorism is concerned I define it the fight of weak and cowards by using unfair means like kidnapping, hostage taking including small school children , using civilian as shield, suicide bombing, killing your own countrymen en-mass (as Muslims are doing in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan in the name of God and Islam). I strongly believe that such type of bloodshed and killing (terrorism) is not permitted or justified in Quran. Although some of our well known FOTH contributors and majority of our Ulmae-din will sanction such tactics and resulting bloodshed so far it is against USA and Musharraf and so far it is in favor of Saddami’s, Al-Qaida and Taliban, (SAT) but in my opinion these are SAT’s personal fights nothing to do with Islam and Muslims in general and also it is my strong opinion that Benazir died because she was openly against such elements who are Muslims in name only but in deeds they are worst enemies of Muslims. In conclusion and in my humble opinion human nature through Quran allows only limited &justifiable killing not the overall bloodshed as we see.
