What Mr. Baland Iqbal has off-loaded on us in shape of a purported letter by Bhutto to Galbraith is an obvious forgery. This letter was circulated in 90's by Nawaz Sharif and NY Times remarked on this letter saying that it is so patently a forgery that it made the leadership of Sharif's party look foolish.

Objectivity in this discussion went by the wayside in the very beginning. The fair amount of skepticism, that is a must presenting the letters like the one Mr. Iqbal has presented, is the next casualty in this discourse. My sympathies to FoTH on the quality of this "discussion". It has all the ingredients of a discussion being held in the barber-shops of Lahore while waiting to get a haircut.
