While there are some excellent letters in this thread, there are also some very
disturbing ones. How can intelligent people weep over the passing of dictators,
looters, robbers, liars, traitors is beyond me. And where are the tears for the 170+
that died during the two suicide attacks?

Yes, I agree that murder is not a decent act. But to fight back for freedom is. How
does one fights back is a debatable issue. Some fight for "our freedom" with guns,
money and war equipment. Those who retaliate use only those means, which are
available to them.

I'm beginning to think that "democracy" is an illusion only. In my opinion, it will
be a "miracle" if humans realize freedom, democracy.

In the meantime, may I share something relevant from Iqbal?
