As a member of the FOTH, as a human being, and most importantly, as a Pakistani, it
hurts me to see the opening Punjabi stanza attributed to Miss Bhutto.

None of the Bhuttos ever died for Pakistan. They all died either because of greed or
internal family conflicts.

No Bhutto ever cared for Pakistan.

Tarek Fatah letter is full of intellectual dishonesty.

Z. A. Bhutto was an arrogant self-centered selfish person who had no sympathy for
Pakistan. He was much worse a dictator that military men. How he behaved with
people who disagreed or question him is a well known fact. Does any one remember
about the story of one, Arif Butt of Toronto, who confronted him in a Toronto, Royal
York Hotel meeting in the 70's? Butt asked Bhutto some questions. Butt's sister in
Pakistan were arrested and humiliated in Pakistan, by Bhutto.

Miss Bhutto, like her dad was the least aware of the word Democracy. That family
still believes that Pakistan belongs to them. Now do I believe that she left her son
as the next head of the PPP? People's party has no democratic principles or manuals.

We have not lost any heroes. If there is any mourning, it is because of our
stupidity. I have no better words to express my sadness.
