I think Saddam's death sentence is not fair. first of all the court was not genuine. the judge was biased and the puppet government was hostile to the defendant. more over it was evident that USA is bent upon killing Saddam. in my opinion it is a murder. no doubt Saddam killed a large number of people but the way and procedure of justice was not proper. in addition to it , Mr. Bush can also b blamed for hundreds of thousands of innocent people killed in wars against terror. What about those four children who died imitating Saddams hanging in Pakistan India and USA . another misconduct is that according to Iraq constitution no one can b hanged on eid day. therefore, Saddam should b dealt according to diplomatic norms, Iraqi constitution, UN convention about prisoners of war, etc.
