BEATING THE WOMAN IS AGAINST THE QURANIC LAWS

The Quran has used expression, Wudrib-u-hunna  in following meanings. 

1- Wudrib-u-hunna  in the connotation of striking down. [24:31] 

2- Wudrib-u-hunna  in the sense of walking on this earth. [4:101] 

3- Wudrib-u-hunna  in the gist of killing. [47:4] 

4- Wudrib-u-hunna  in the implication of covering the body or bosom. [24:31] 

5- Wudrib-u-hunna  in means explaining candidly. [30:58] 

In the verse 4:34, almost all the translators have used Wudrib-u-hunna  in the meaning to strike or to beat a woman. It is great injustice to take the meaning Wudrib-u-hunna   to beat the woman. In the Arabic  the phrase Wudrib-u-hunna  has been also used in the  meaning of  to explain any thing clearly with argument. 

‘Because of the biological reasons, men are responsible for maintaining their wives and families. They should provide them all possible comforts. In return, women should fulfill their domestic responsibilities and protect their chastity in the absence of their husbands. In case women go astray, adopt immoral conduct or rebel against their benevolent husbands, then for such wives the Qur’an suggests three remedies before taking up the ultimate step of separation’

Firstly, reprove them mildly and jolt their memory about their responsibilities. 

Secondly, abstain from having regular sex with them. Show them your intention by moving your beds away from theirs and tell them the reasons for taking that action.’

Thirdly, do not stand for actual physical bashing of women, but shows a way of explaining to them the reason for taking beds apart, with specific examples. 

Therefore, taking the meaning of the phrase Wudrib-u-hunna    “to beat” in the above verse is a shear injustice to the Qur’anic literature and it has given the opportunity to Arabic illiterate crowd and Muslim atheists to claim that Quran permits men to hit any woman that adopts immoral conduct.  

In his article Mr. Rafi Aamer claims that Mr. Edip Yuksel is defending the Quran is not right. Similar to  the Ahamadi sect, Mr. Edip Yuksel is also using Quran as a device or shield to justify the Messenger ship of Rashad Khalifa. They also base their myth of Rasool on the miracle of the numerical 19. 

However, Allah says to Mohammad that we do not need those Muslims who demand miracles from you. The concept of miracle is against the education of the Quran. It basically curbs the human intellect. This concept is against the freedom giving laws of the Quran and the accountability process of Allah. Similarly the Quran makes a revolutionary announcement that in this phase of evolution, there will be no Nabi or Rasool after Mohammad. In the presence of the Quran, humanity is free from the institution of the Messenger ship. Their faith that more Rasools will surface till to the Day of Judgment is based on Jewish mythology. Recently, Mr. Maqbool one of the disciples of Rashid Khalifa has already declared himself as a Rasool after the death of his guru Rashid Khalifa. I do not know how Mr. Edip Yuksel [who is the expected successor of his Rasool Rashid Khalifa] and Mr. Kairm Ali, one of the disciples [in Canada] of Rashid Khalifa have reacted about their new Rasool. However, end of the institution of Messenger ship means that now human beings are completely free from this kind of junk and is independent to make his/her own decisions. Humanity can take the guidance from the Quran by using its God gifted intellect and from the natural laws [chemical, biological and physical laws] that are actively operating in the entire universe in order to take the evolution process in to its balanced direction and for the best constructive results. But the cult of Ahamadi, Rashad Khalifa and other religious groups wants to keep the Muslims in the servitude and darkness of their sects and to mint money.  

Most of the members in the family of heart are pro secular. They are also in serfdom of their group and are Arabic illiterate. Reading their article renders pity within me because they are in extremely confusing situation. Having qualifications without the ability of using ones brain effectively does not necessarily mean that a person is learned. In other words, they are like books sitting in a bookshelf that are of no use because the data within them now is not updated.  The views on the F.O.H website reflect that are living fossils.   

 Like all religions in the world [including present Islam], secularism extols precisely nothing in terms of values.  Similar to priesthood, secularism only allows human beings to frame their own laws without values. They are the slaves of their whims and wish. By rejecting the Islamic priest hood they have done a wonderful job but before rejecting the Quran they should first study the Quran from a critical point of view and then they can accept or reject it. Accepting or rejecting Quran without critique study is an injustice with the human traits. If they are facing any difficulty or any contradiction in understanding the Qur’anic verses, then please feel free to contact me any time.  I shall be delighted to serve them. However, there is another solution in my opinion. All pro-secular persons of F.O.H. should have a meeting under the umbrella of F.O.H to discuss their enigmas about the Quran. If they want they could come in this gathering with questions and an impartial mind. Then I shall be happy to give those answers to their puzzles strictly from the Quran. Their present state of mind reflects that they are either atheist or Muslims. It is a great crisis in their personalities and of course this state of mind reflects chaos and disorder in their personas. This dangerous state of their minds will not affect their personality only but it will also adversely affects the efficiencies of their present and generations yet has to come. 

I may further advise to my pro-secular friends that, “Do not confuse yourself with the present   countless expositions of the Quran.” This hard reality indeed opened up to me during my three decades of research. I found thousands and thousands of mistakes in translations which consisted of grammar errors, mysteries, fairy tales, and contradictions in almost all the expositions of the Quran. This has been done with the Quran systemically from the last 1200 years. The conspirators could not change the Quran but they successfully corrupted the exposition of the Quran. All the sects [formation of sect is an unforgivable crime in the constitution of the Quran] have utilized the Quran for the justification of their interests and sects. This is the reason that the Quran is the most pitiable book on the surface of this earth and of course this is the unparallel crises in the history of the Muslims and as well as for other nations of this planet. 

MEANING OF THE  TERM ALIQ

The word Aliq  signifies following meanings.

·         Any thing hung or suspended.

·        Certain worms [like leeches] or certain things resembling worms that have the property of sucking blood or the condition of the life before assuming the form of lump (embryo).

·        The Aliq also stands for the sticking, cleaving and attachement of the embryo (after fertilization) to the womb.

·         Clay that clings to the hand is known as Aliq.

·        A thing that clings cleaves or sticks fast. 

The Quran has used the term Aliq  in the following shades. 

1-     In the meaning of a  life cell or uni-cell  from which life was originally evolved from water.[95:1-2] 

‘Mohammad proclaims the attributes of Allah’s nourishment, Who is the Creator of the universe. State publicly this hard reality that He is the One, Who has created every living thing’s means of nourishment. The human beings [whom We equipped with the faculties of sensation] were gradually evolved from Aliq or a single life cell.’ 

2-     Aliq is the stage of life that appears in the suspending form right  after the fertilization of ova in the mother’s womb.[23:14] 

‘Thereafter, out of one drop of seminal fluid We created suspended Zygote [in our language like a leech]’ 

In the same verse, the Quran further explains that Aliq is the floating (suspending) stage of life before the further shaping (of the embryo) that occurs in the womb.

 ‘From Aliq or Zygote We created embryonic lump.’ 

In the verse 4:129, the Quran gives the excellent definition of the term Aliq.

In the above verse the word   has been applied to a woman whose husband has been lost. 

‘Therefore the word Aliq can also be applied to a stage in a woman’s life where she is unsure of whether her husband is alive, dead or lost due to war for e.g. or any other circumstances that may arise. At that point, a woman unsure of her status is also floating/suspended in uncertainty. She is attached to her husband without knowing about his whereabouts and is neither husbandless nor divorced.’
