"PEACE & VIOLENCE"

Dear Rashid,

First thing first, pampering women was the style of last century when women needed assurance from opposite gender that they are right.  To-day's liberated women do not need it any more.

Second, world has a history, this fact is sometime overlooked because of the short span of  human life compare to the unfolding dramas of war and peace which usually takes one turn in a generation, hence the observation that the post 9/11 world is a different world, which in fact is the same old world with same old rules of the game.

Third, dogs have a nature, this is not the first time a pack of wolves came out of their den and start chasing rabbits all over the world; it happened so many times in history that you can make a pattern out of it.  Remember Alexander the great, Changaz khan,  Mohammad bin Qasim, Napoleon, Hitler etc.  What is different this time is that a head of a democratic country, with multi national corporations in tow, decided to invade the heart of Muslim world for sheer greed and nothing else.   But as the whole panorama
of history is in front of me, I will still call it the same dogs with same nature and nothing new.

Now come to the real point. States are different from individuals.
Lets start an exercise which should be done with rationale thinking.

First take an individual and an entity, lets say church.
All churches are run by individuals so they should act like individuals.
Individuals are benevolent, so are the churches
Individuals like to believe on some creator, so are the churches
Individuals are aggressive, but churches are not armed entities

Another example
All companies are run by the individuals so they should act like individuals
Individuals like to trade, so do the companies
Individuals cheat, so do the companies
Individuals show mercy, but companies do not

Now state
All states are run by the individuals so they should act like individuals
Individuals are aggressive, so do the states
Individuals like to have power, so do the states
Individuals like to sacrifice, but states do not sacrifice

Conclusion
Churches serve for benevolence and believe, companies serve for trade and cheating, states serve for aggression and power.

Individuals surrender their aggressive behavior in favour of state, now state will protect them from internal aggression by law and order and from external aggression by armies and armaments.

Hence violence is "rasonsdatte"   for state but immoral for individuals because he/she already surrender violence by a social contract, i.e. citizenship of a certain state.

If human beings will get rid of their aggression, state will disappear.
