AKHTAR SHERAZI

"PEACE & VIOLENCE"

 To Mr. Rashid Mughal

Thank you for responding to my query, which is mentioned here under:

‘Of course there's no Koranic reference that says the same thing, literally word for word, but then both the Torah and the Bible predate the Koran, and the story in all three books is the same, about the same God and the same characters which He brought to life.”

I requested you to provide me the references from the Qur’an, but I, instead, received quotes from the Bible, with your comments that though Torah and the Bible predate the Qur’an, yet all of these carry the same story about the creation of Adam and Eve. It is a confirmed fact Mr. Mughal that the original versions of the Bible and the Torah have vanished from the face of the earth, millennia ago. What exists now is the human written corruption, which does not carry even the likeness of the original message. Therefore, the references from those sources are worthless and unacceptable.

Incidentally, according to the English lexicon, Scripture, is defined as under:

‘The books of the Old and New Testaments, including often the Apocrypha, especially the Bible: usually plural.’

The Qur’an is precluded according to the above definition.

With that relevant backdrop of history, the verse 19:59 makes a lot of sense.

‘After the passage of time, the successors of all Messengers neglected and wasted the divine social order, which was established by their Messengers. They did so in the pursuit of their wicked, wild and evil designs. As a result of their lust for power and greed for wealth, their peaceful, progressive and prosperous communities gradually disintegrated into hideous, non-productive and poverty-stricken human jungles, facing all sorts of social, moral and economic degradation.’

All previous scriptures revealed to various Messengers of Allah were either lost with the passage of time or intentionally corrupted by their keepers to protect their stakes in the big business established on the basis of religion. In this bleak and pathetic state of the preceding revelations, the Qur’an presents the only beacon of hope, because it still exists in its original style, shape and text.

The creation of the human beings, according to the Qur’an, is diametrically opposed to the story narrated by the Torah and the Bible. The fictitious fable of Adam and Eve and many others are completely alien to the message of the Qur’an. It, however, clearly enunciates that, life on this planet evolved in six stages, beginning with a single cell, and it took billions of years for its perfection.

The Quran invokes the term Khalaqa for describing the creation of the human beings. According to this definition, likeness of the human beings with Allah is, not only, out of the question, but sacrilegious. It might be of interest for you to know, that in the next life innumerable people, who appeared and disappeared over billions of years and shall be doing so in future on this planet, will be totally different in personality traits and characteristics from their previous selves.

In one of you’re posting to Mr. Kirmaly [a disciple of the fake Messenger, Rashid Khalifa] you did criticize the Qur’an without reference to the Torah and the Bible. It is given as under:

Please read the Koran with a critical eye to see how many contradictions flitted through the mind of God when he made those pronouncements for Muslims to follow so that by never mixing with people of other faiths they keep complicating the soul's immigration to the Kingdom of Heaven.’

Your paragraph copied above is the worst example of the awful English  translation possible. However, your criticism of the Qur’an shocked me, because Allah, the author of the Qur’an claims that this document is free of contradictions. I challenge you to come up with any two conflicting verses from the last revelation, or stop making such fallacious claims about the Book, which you neither understand, nor have any desire to do so.

In another comment you come out swinging at the God:

‘God said this and God said that." The human animal called ashraf-ul-makhluk has evolved a nastier capacity for violence than the ugliest of apes.’

Could you pinpoint the exact verse of the Qur’an, wherein human beings are classified as ashraf-ul-makhlukat.

Similarly, the Qur’an does not mention anywhere the existence of incestuous couple called Adam and Eve, but you comment in one of your postings:

That is why Cain, the oldest son of Adam and Eve, killed his brother Abel right there under the all-seeing eye of God.’

Please let me have the pertinent verse of the Quran for the above statement.

The Quran mentions in Surahs [chapters] Mariam and AL-e-Amran that Jesus was born according to Allah’s immutable laws of procreation, but your comments simply stunned me.

“Virgin Mary conceived Jesus by way of God’s Immaculate Conception”

Would you, once again, provide me the evidence form verses of the Qur’an, or stop making such unfounded and blasphemous statements from now on?

Your frequent repulsive remarks about Allah, Mohammad, and the Qur’an reflect your real inner feelings of hatred against the Al-Deen. Your comments about God as violent, monstrous, and wicked may be based on ‘truth’ you created for yourself, but Allah, the creator of the cosmos and author of the Qur’an is both Raheem, Nourisher of the gradual changes and Rahman, the Nurturer of spontaneous transformations, occurring simultaneously throughout the universe.

I am at loss to understand, how the purported believers of F.O.H tolerate your ridiculously insolent and hateful comments about Allah, Mohammad and the Quran.

Mr. Rashid Mughal, actually Allah stresses upon the human beings to use their innate faculties and refined senses before arriving at any conclusion.

In the verse 25:73, Allah elucidates the characteristics of the Momineen [comrades of Mohammad who are struggling for the establishment of the peaceful society] by incorporating the fact that even upon the presentation of the Qur’anic verses, they did not accept or follow them blindly.

When the Qur’anic constitution coming down in the form of revelation, was presented to them, they did not follow it right away, as such. First, they used to listen, very carefully, to the revealed verses and accepted those with the certainty of their conviction and not on the basis of hearsay.

Mr. Rashid Mughal, you and your atheist cohorts have a right to use the platform of F.O.H for criticizing Allah, Mohammad and the Qur’an, but it must be based on conclusive facts and not on hearsay and legendary malicious propaganda of the inheritors of the Dead Sea Scrolls.

It is unfortunate for me to comment that instead of using the F.O.H stage for healthy and meaningful discussions, you and your atheist friends are utilizing it for spreading filthy and obnoxious mendacity against the Qur’an. Typically like unproductive and worthless poets, you have adopted the policy of scratching each other’s back.

Allah, Mohammad and the Qur’an encourage reason and there are innumerable verses in the Quran, wherein Allah stresses upon the humankind to use their brilliant power of reasoning for reaching the best judgment.

I would like to suggest, that whenever you want to criticize verses of the Qur’an, you should do so on the basis of knowledge, and justify your argument with irrefutable evidence. Fictitious tales and fables do not carry any weight. As a matter of principle, you must first thoroughly understand the book that you cut remarks about.

Allah pronounces in His last revelation, the people, who would follow the guidance of the Qur’an, would live in peace and harmony and such a society would not only be free of all kinds of fears [like that of God, Dooms Day, grave, and hell], but would also enjoy total freedom from all kinds of uncertainties, miseries and sorrows. [2:38-39]

On this planet, who ever lives according to Our guidance would enjoy complete peace and tranquility. Such a person or people would never experience oppression, anxiety grief or internal instability. Without implementing constitution of the Qur’an, there would be chaos in their communities and they would suffer from the following physical and psychological disorders, which are the basic constituents of  violence in the  society.

·        Anger

·        Anxiety

·        Guilt

·        Shame

·        Envy

·        Sadness

·        Jealously

·        Religion

·        Lust for power

·        Lust for wealth

·        Sects

·        Political parties

Mr. Rashid Mughal, I am asking you once again to show me any verse from the Qur’an, which exhibits once and for all that Allah is evil and revengeful. Either it is your total ignorance of the Qur’an, or your biased approach, nurtured by the absolutely defaced and desecrated Scriptures, that you are making such illogical and unintelligent remarks about Allah, Mohammad, and the Qur’an.

However, the Qur’an offers an adequate solution how to get out of this dirty mess created by the Islamic priest hood and Imams, who were the biggest bigots of the Islamic history. It advises Muslims not to pay heed to any information about which they do not have sufficient information. [17:36]

‘You should not follow every piece of information blindly; use your Allah-given gift of intelligence and wisdom to ascertain the authenticity of every bit of material reaching your hands. Utilize to the best of your abilities, the innate faculties like sight, sound and the brainpower to reach the truth; surely, you shall be accountable for all of your activities.’
