good news. The
Doctors have diagnosed it as '' Bells palsy’’. Known as nerve disorder,
which can be cured by strong drugs, anyway please remember me in your
prayers.
Now
to your wonderful subject of the ''day'' India & Pakistan Independence day is
really wonderful. Let me also congratulate both Indian & Pakistanis on both
14/15 August. I am a great believer in coming to the table & having all the
disputes sorted out in a peaceful manor. After all no matter what we do & where
ever we go, sooner or later we will have to sort out our differences, because
the fact of the matter is that there are more things that unite us that keep us
apart, in other words there are more common that UN-common things among us, so
the sooner we get together the better for all of us, because the challenges
ahead for both our beloved countries are so big that even if we spend all our
energies in one direction that is for example having a common fight against
poverty, illiteracy, bad health etc, it will takes us decades to over come
that.....so let us get cracking.......
Now its always easier said than done....the way forward or the start should be
1st of all by openly admitting where we went wrong & that is for both the
counties....You know I can only find one example in recent history, where the
people came to terms by forming '' Truth & reconciliations commission '' in
South Africa. This is what made Nelson Mandela really a great statesman of all
times. By forgiving
all the white community of South Africa for the price of having to admit of
their past crimes, Mandela paid a tribute to that great man in the history of
mankind who having suffered so much at the hands of his own people 1500 years
ago in a place called Mecca, forgave nearly all, when he entered the city as a
conqueror & everybody who was responsible for committing crimes against his
innocent followers was at his mercy. This man was of course the one & only
Mohammed pbuh.
You know interestingly when Advani recently visited Pakistan, he caused so much
trouble back home in India when he said that Qaid e Azam Mohammed Ali Jinnah was
a secular minded person. He was absolutely right. Mohammed Ali was considered to
be the greatest ambassador of Hindu & Muslim unity up to the late 1930,so now
the question is what went wrong that Mohammed Ali Jinnah decided that enough is
enough & went his own way.... I think this can only be answered by our Hindu
friends, especially the members of the congress party of India.....why suddenly
Jinnah lost all confidence in Hindu leadership of his time that he didn't trust
them at all so he went for the rights of Muslims alone & demanded
Pakistan....Our Hindu friends owe us the answer to this intriguing question....I
hope they come forward for the sake of the truth..........
Being bigger of the two '' brothers '' the responsibility is also far greater on
the shoulders of our Indian brothers. Since they are feeling more '' hurt '' by
the division, they also have the responsibility to come forward to '' patch up
'' the differences.....here is a word of advice....they should learn a lesson
from a past ''super power '' I mean Soviet Union & stop trying to pile up Arms
which is good for no one....as far as the claims by the Indian brothers of
having a threat of any kind from Pakistan is not only laughable, it is also
humiliating * disgraceful to our Indian brothers....If that is true then the
Pakistanis are absolutely right in thinking that each Pakistani is equal to 10
Indians( although Pakistan is nearly 10 times smaller in population as well as
land )....this really is a shame.........so please please let us get together &
stop this madness of hating each other & start thinking of our people which are
the real owners of these counties called INDIA & PAKISTAN.
